Letting go ...

Been thinking seriously about getting a car despite soaring fuel prices ... I know it doesn't make any economic sense to get a car when public transport is convenient, when my monthly taxi fares are probably a fraction of the costs of maintaining a car ... BUT I du like the feeling of driving MY car, moving around in MY personal space. The feeling is p.r.i.c.e.l.e.$.$.

Alice is pretty worried because she feels that I am a reckless driver (well, it's unfair to compare me with Albert who has more than 32 years of driving experience). Albert, on the other hand, is surprisingly supportive. He is clueless about second-hand car but he was quick to find out which make/model of car is suitable for me ...

Seems that Albert is slowly 'letting go' of me ...
I think it's about time.
