Men's Talk

It's good to see Teck again. He looks pretty much the same. Hmmm, maybe he is skinnier now.
I have known him since 1997, I think. Back then, I used to think he was a super kiasu student. He mugged in the library everyday that he became a FIXTURE there. =p He's not kiasu. He's just a very determined person, who would put in 100% of his time/effort once he decides to achieve something. If only I were as determined and hardworking as him... I could have gotten better grades and maybe I will not be stuck in my present job. =(
He's doing well in Thailand and I'm happy for him. I just hope Mr & Mrs Teck will have a little Teck soon. I will buy little Teck lots of clothes and toys...
It's good to see Wong too. Gosh, he has lost so much weight... 13Kg!!! He's much leaner now... no more flabby arms and thighs... He took up scuba-diving, he has been going to the gym five times a week since Jan. Wong and his wife are separated. I think he is still pretty affected. Maybe he's taking up alot of other activities to keep himself busy.
Sometimes, I enjoy meeting up with my guy frens rather than gal frens... The stuff tat they talk about are more interesting, more informative. Politics, the economy, the industry they are in, money talk, finance talk... I'm not saying tat I know alot of stuff but I learn from them. But I hate it when they go into ARMY or NS or reservist mode... when they start rattling on about life and stuff during their army daze. =p
Come to think about it, since I dun contribute to their intellectual conversation all the time, wat do they think of me? Airhead? 花瓶? Or just another fixture in the restaurant? Watever. =p

But sometimes I DU enjoy meeting up with my gal frens for girls talk. Fashion, sale, BGR, crushes, TV prog, drama serials... ... and GOSSIP, my favorite!!! I'm an airhead after all... No doubt about tis.
