Forgive all
Forgiving is not an easy process. I'm not one who forgive easily. Being a customer service officer for 8 years, I have learnt that when I forgive someone (a demanding customer, a rude sales person, etc), I let go of the past, I let go of that unpleasant 'thing' and I move on.
Somehow, it's always easier to say 'I forgive you' than to say 'I forgive myself'. Why is this so?

A female friend told me this is because we are, consciously or otherwise, harder on ourselves. At times, I think we feel great being on higher moral ground to say "I forgive You"...heehee.
