A friend sent me an email on Instructions for Life.
I like No. 8 - Spend some time alone every day.

So I spent some time alone and gave my mind a 'rest' (It has been hell at work. My blain over-worked. I wonder how long I can tahan. Can't wait for THE DAY to come.) Looked out of the windows - aimlessly, blankly, watever you call it. Everything looked so calm and peaceful.
